With the long SPT weekend coming up, the Results Threads will be "Lite" versions from tomorrow until Tuesday. SPT is only Friday to Sunday but it's a tidy drive & so I plan to head south on Thursday, leaving mid-morning, & it'll be late Monday afternoon before I get back home. I'm quite sure you'll cope...

    £700 7 at 7 Bounty Hunter (£882)

    CU180 is on fire & has won 6 MTT's in the last few days - 2 yesterday (7 @ 7 & a £200 BH), a £1,000 BH, and three other £200 BH's. For the previous 9 months, a fairly boring Sharky graph, but it's gone vertical this week & he now has a 52% ROI.

    lundie was 2nd, & after playing just 8 MTT's this month, THECRAB emerged from his shell to take 3rd.

    lundie, 2nd in the 7 @ 7, went one better here. Has been with Sky Poker 10 years and played some 45,000 games, some 60% of which were DYM/SNG's. Plenty have played more, but it's still a good whack.

    £5,000 Gold Rush (£5,250)

    A previous winner of Sharpshooter Mini, arthur1965 - an alias that suggests he's of similar age to me - stepped up a gear last night & took Gold Rush Main.

    2nd was craigcu12, who responded on thread yesterday as to my irrelevant & irreverent musings on his comings & goings. For now though, it seems he is still playing full schedules here & so it's no surprise to me that he had another good night. As long as he plays here he'll have plenty of them & won't get stressed. Last night he was 2nd in a £1k BH (£108), 2nd in the Main (£666), & 2nd in Mega (£170) & then just missed out on a £220 SPT seat. I wish him well whatever he goes, and if he can do better than that elsewhere regularly GL to him.

    £2,000 Mini Gold Rush (£2,000)

    Winning the Mini twice in 10 days is quite the feat, but that's exactly what Middz68 achieved. In fact he went AWOL for a week since the earlier win, only retuning last night, so it's all the more impressive.

    £5,000 Summit Bounty Hunter (£5,000)

    Summit came in bang on the guarantee. Whether that's good or bad depends how full your glass is I suppose.

    The winner was jordz16, who is pretty big time, with over 50 of his last 100 MTT's being £100 or more buy-ins. Earlier this year he made the Sunday Major Final 3 times in 4 weeks (1st, 2nd & 4th), & last night's Summit was his 4th four figure cash of 2022 - & that's from just 24 MTT's. Staggering.

    SPT Brighton Semi

    2nd seats for silvestri, gibbzy & AKAscotty, first seats for 7wizard & the_unit.

    I watched the end of this & the battle for the final spot was a tense one, eventually decided when the seriously short-stacked @craigcu12 made his move with the perfectly respectable K-6, only to bump in the BB with the Aces. As it happens, Craig already has a seat, so no great damage done.

    @the_unit 24205 1 SPT Brighton Seat

    @AKAscotty 23172.50 2 SPT Brighton Seat

    @7Wizard 14042.50 3 SPT Brighton Seat

    @silvestri 10860 4 SPT Brighton Seat

    This volume is a great way of getting me back in the mood I enjoyed every second on that session last night.
    Most of my volume was on sky but I did have some volume on I poker as well and nearly get a final table on that but 99 didn't hold vs A7o.
    It's all about spreading things out across all sites rather than just playing MTTs with massive fields on 2 sites. It's exactly what I'm aiming to do when I return from SPT. So I will be playing some sky poker.

    How come you are driving and not catching the train? Thought you loved the trains?

    Have a good weekend.

    Yes, I'm 100% a train freak, but on this occasion it just does not work for me. I'm back home now in Derbyshire after a 10 year stint in London, so it's a really awkward journey by train, plus I'm taking a bunch of poker merchandise with me - 6 or 8 bankers boxes full - so I can't cart that on the train. Bit annoying really, as I love getting the train.

    I'll resume my SPT train travels for SPT Glasgow though.

    Well done on those Reload results, keep them coming.

    I was in Derbyshire yesterday, had a meeting with Derbyshire Constabulary, got the train to Alferton as the HQ is in Ripley.

    Train journey back was fun, went Alfreton to Nottingham, then had to change to go Leicester as they cancelled the leg to Peterborough, change at Leicester to get to Peterborough and then Peterborough to Whittlesea. Got back in the door at 8:10 just in time for the elimintor freeroll, was glad I did as think got between 17 & 19 heads, will find out soon.

    All the best
    Greg.

    Looks like you got plenty, as you are now top of the table. A good night tonight & you might just be a good few bob better off. GL mate.

    Derbyshire Constabulary HQ @ Ripley, I know it so well, spent 25 years working in Heage which is just the other side of the A38.
