Cannot deposit at all now. Tried both cards from both banks, yes there are funds available.
Tried depositing on both regular page, in browser because the download wont work, and via the mobile app.
Customer service phone out of service "Please use social media or Live Chat, Goodbye".
Used Live Chat on several occasions now, about as much use patio doors on a submarine. They just keep saying its the banks, banks however are saying otherwise and I can still deposit on other sites within the flutter group Stars and Betfair and those not in the flutter group Party and 365.
Really **** off, I love this site but I'm not spending any more time trying to deposit. Its not even like its a lot £50 should not be a problem.
Apparently I can deposit via Pay Pal. Really like why the heck should I have to set up another payment system after 14 years on here.
So blooming angry about this. Trying not to fall foul of the swear filter but it's difficult.
It's not like I'm going to miss the poker even but this forum is a brilliant place where I enjoy the interaction.
So I'm going to stick around until the weekend in the hope that I can get funds on but If not I will call it a day.

I'm not sure if you have tried depositing on the new account page yet. I read that in one of the forum threads about depositing, that it helped that player.
