Amended Result in the 5.40 @ Southwell .

I was on Number 11 Wendell's Lad e/w. When I put the bet on he was 11/1. Drifted out to 33/1. He was placed 2nd. However, after a stewards enquiry, he has been awarded 1st place. However, my betting slip says 'placed' not 'win' . 1st leg of a L15 at Southwell this evening. Is this correct? Or will it be awarded the win the L15 is completed.

Oh, just got the winner in the 6.10 too...Ermin Street @ 8/1. I really hope the 1st race result gets changed to win now!

    Awesome, what's the 4th runner?
    It was Blackcurrent in the 8.10 @ Southwell. Finished 3rd.

    Returns of £979.76 off a £7.50 bet ;) A bit gutted I didnt win just under £3k, but still a good result. They offered me £1.9K cash out after the 3rd winner. Not sure if that was the correct decision?

    Great return, probably right to leave it as they always take a part of the equity in a cash out deal. Must have been tempting tough. Still VWP, with the Placepot too! Congrats.
