Got this message when trying to register for tournaments today seemed weird as My account definitively has funds. It could not be a responsible gambling thing as was able to register when tried again. Plus that would be very odd as I only withdraw I do not deposit so I dont know why that would be an issue.

I am guessing this is another random bug the software has started to have anyone else experienced this?

    I'm guessing that there is some bottleneck somewhere because of the Grand National.

    The payment processing systems would have come under very severe pressure this afternoon due to the Grand National, so maybe it was connected to that.

    Parts of the site were bannered during & immediately after the GN too, to better enable prompt settlement.

    Pressure on payment systems is returning to normal levels now, so maybe the problem will resolve itself.

    Parts of the site seemed to be down for the last 10 minutes or so, it didn't seem to effect the tournie I was in though.

    This makes sense thanks for feedback. I have unregistered from everything and will register each tourny slightly before starts so that if tech issues do happen I am reducing exposure to issues.

    Not everyone knew it was the busiest betting day of the year? I'm a fan of the Grand National, totally missed it yesterday.

    I got an email from SKY on Friday saying some services may not be available due to the National.

    I frequently get emails from sky saying pay your ruddy bill. :D:D
