Broadband Speed ?.

Does anybody know the minimum speed you would need to play poker, at most 2 tables, I've got Virgin at the moment and it's over 100mb, for all I do I don't think I need that.
The only other thing I do is watch youtube on ma firestick, I was looking at going down to 15mb, do you think that would be enough ?.

Mine averages about 40, and is fine.

The 100mb is download speed. The speed that it sends things back and forth is called ping. The ping will be the same whether you get 1mb broadband or 1000mb broadband. The only way to improve your ping is to move closer to the exchange but in reality you wouldn't notice anything anyway.

15mb would be about 20 times more than what you need to watch Youtube and play poker without interruption. I would say 1mb is about right and even optimal to do what you want to do.

EDIT: You can test your ping here https://www.speedtest.net/

Test it again after you get smaller package and you will see it's more or less identical.

I dont understand it much either.
I was having trouble streaming on my laptop the other day, but this was apparently down to my laptop, rather than the broadband speed.
