adjective pertaining to or characterized by egotism. given to talking about oneself; vain; boastful; opinionated. indifferent to the well-being of others; selfish.
just thought maybe we should pre make his threads now.
Another Haysie random news thread 1 of 2067
I am not sure of the point you are trying to make? How could you start a thread before a particular news story, becomes news? Although I do look forward to your attempts to do this. When do you plan on starting?
Would you like to outlaw random news stories from the forum? Or maybe limit the number that each contributor is allowed to post? Do you have anything against random news stories? Just news stories? Or perhaps random news stories on a particular topic?
You could approach Sky, and introduce additional terms and conditions to the forum.
What is your point? Which bit is funny? I have now read it a number of times, but my sides arent splitting.
My advice would be to stick to the next riveting edition in the Winnie the Pooh saga. I am sure that someone, somewhere is desperate for an update. Although that person, certainly isnt me.

You must be telepathic, or something, to be able to see what he means. I dont think he sees what he means. I fail to see how you make the leap from posting random news stories, to "given to talking about oneself, vain, boastful, opinionated etc" For this to be true, wouldnt the random news stories have to be about me. Yet I rarely make the headlines of daily papers these days.
Some people seem bent on just knocking, and taking the pi55 out of others. I think this is sad.
If you take exception to the threads I start, why dont you start your own threads, to show me, and the rest of us how it is done. You dont start any threads, ever. So you just want to knock those of us that start threads, without making any attempt yourself. I assume that you appreciate that if nobody started any threads, there wouldnt be a forum.
To my knowledge nobody is forced to read any particular threads. I usually read the ones that are likely to appeal to me, and ignore those that dont. I find this quite simple, and it seems to work for me. I dont feel compelled to criticise those that start threads that just dont appeal to me.
You could start your own threads to show us all how it is done. You could also enter into constructive debate, on the reasons why you disagree with opinions expressed on particular threads. Isnt that the purpose of a forum? Although I will not be holding my breath. Just to criticise people for starting threads is silly.

I can only assume from this post and the headline that you are drawing attention to the number of random news stories that I post. This is number one of 2067. Where does the figure 2067 come from? Is that a date 45 years in the future? This is supposed to be random news story number one, but it does not include a random news story. Why is that? It is supposed to be a pre-made news story. So what was the news story? This is a thread about pre-made random news stories. But there dont seem to be any. How does that work? You said in a later post, that it was meant to be funny? Which bit is funny?
So this is a thread about making up random news stories, in advance, but it doesnt include any, we dont know where 2067 comes from, you dont explain how you are going to pre-make the stories, and its meant to be funny.
Don't sack the New's Reader we will have no New's to complain about.
Maxally will come to the rescue, and Doubleme will probably knock up some pre-made random news story threads, and half a dozen "interesting" Winnie the Pooh threads at short notice. Good luck with them. I am certain you will be splitting your sides.
Haysie lighten up dude, it was a tease. the 2067 was just a made up random number because you post a lot of threads. only having a laugh I wasn't trying to be nasty. I think you need to take a chill pill my man. I apologize if this actually really upset you that was not my intent.
