"TECHIE" HELP REQUIRED - CAN'T DOWNLOAD SKYPOKER

Hi guys, I bought a new Windows 10 laptop for my son, but he can't seem to download SKYPOKER on it.

I've tried too, and no luck.

We get the following error: (Screen shot attached)

If we try to just install SkyPoker without doing the AIR bit first then it just doesn't recognise the ".air" file extension. If we do the air bit first then we get the following error when trying to open SkyPoker after the download completes.

Any help greatly appreciated

    There's likely no easy fix for this unless someone here knows exactly the files to modify to make this run on your system, and even then you might need some permission.

    Tech need to get on this.

    Yes indeed, I tried all sorts of things based on the thread that @mumsie pointed me to, with no avail. I can't get hold of support at the moment. @Tikay10 is there someone you know who may be able to help?

    No problem TK, I wasn't expecting the help tonight, just going forward, Gary's up and running on his old laptop for now.

    But if there is someone who can post assistance on here, or give me a call if needed, it would be much appreciated.

    I have to play everything in the browser because I cant download on either my laptop (windows 10) or the app on my phone Galaxy J6.

    I must admit I'm not very techy, but rather than use the Download Client (which I don't know if it's any better anyway...... same beats/ same suck outs) play through Chrome

    Tourney Lobby's don't update properly, but plays ok for me .... tho' I only have 2 tables running max.

    To be honest, when I played thru DC it was really laggy, so I got rid :)

    Use windows 7 as an operating system , its old but so is the sky software
    I've got windows 7 as my OS and have no problems
