argument with girlfriend verdict needed

So at the shops today was debating what to get for breakfast for tomorrow with my girlfriend. we decided we have not had croissants in a while so why dont we do that for a change so we got croissants. However my girlfriend said should get something to go with it.

I said yeah cheese goes well with croissants I have always had cheese and croissants my girlfriend was like what the heck no one does that cheese and croissants do not go.

I was like yes they do and lots of people do this. She was like ask anyone no one does that so I said fine I will ask the sky community.

Right so guys its not just me is it cheese goes well with croissants and this is common thing right?

was more of a debate its not like we had a fight over this but that is not as catchy as a thread title.

    I am with your missus here, cheese and croissiants is fine.

    One of my friends likes pineapple on a pizza, yeah weird eh! Would imagine most think this is an awful match, had it once and likely never again. Horses for courses.

    I'd never heard of anyone having Cheese on Croissants before, but I bet it is yummy :p:)

    No but I do like cheese on crumpets, or marmite. Mmmm cheese and marmite oatcakes, the breakfast of champions.

    in fairness marmite goes with anything or just by itself.
