This story reminds me of 1 of the 1st times I was in a Magistrates Court.

This hulking great Neanderthal of a 15-yr-old was accused of beating up a little 10-yr-old at a lake. The 15-yr-old's Solicitor was very quick to jump in in order to explain that the 15-yr-old had been severely provoked by the 10-yr-old.

Magistrate was getting bored with this, and instructed the Solicitor to let their Client answer the next question. Which was:-

"How was this 10-yr-old provoking you?"

"Well, he kept asking me to give back his fishing rod"...

Zero sympathy. Yet again, Mr Yaxley-Lennon believes that he is smarter than the Legal system. You would really think that even someone with his ego would have realised by now that, every time he does this, he goes to prison...

    Who pays the legal fees?

Following Mr Hijazi's successful libel case, Mr Justice Nicklin ordered Robinson to pay him damages of £100,000. Mr Hijazi’s legal costs were thought to be around £500,000.

The key question is whether he has the assets to pay. Coupled with whether or not he has legally, or otherwise, got rid of certain assets in a way so as to benefit some creditors in preference to others. That is why he has been summoned to attend Court. Which he appears either to be unable or unwilling to do.

Mr Yaxley-Lennon used to have a Property valued at £1million-plus. I believe that in 2019 that was up for sale, and that it was at least partially in his name.

Subsequently it is apparent that he and his Wife have divorced. Part of the divorce settlement was that all Mt Yaxley-Lennon's assets transferred into his ex-wife's sole name.

It would appear that the Divorce is more amicable than many. There are allegations that Mr & Mrs Y-L still live together. That Mr Y-L has been supervising the massive extension on said property, which is being carried out by his relatives. That Mrs Y-L has set up a fund-raising vehicle in order to funnel cash to Mr Y-L in a way whereby Creditors cannot access that money. There are allegations that Mr Y-L's Insolvency Practitioner has many unresolved questions-many of which are somewhat similar to the above.

If Mr Y-L has managed to successfully divest himself of assets in a legal manner, then the 15-year-old kid who was defamed in about the worst possible manner will get nothing. The kid's Lawyers will also get nothing.

Whereas IF there is found to be wrongdoing in an actionable manner, people other than Mr Y-L's ex-wife will be receiving a lot of money. And, given Mr Y-L's lengthy list of previous dishonesty offences, he will be in a lot of trouble.

Refusing to attend Court in this manner has considerable risk attached.
