Sky Poker disconnection

I was multi tabling DYMs this afternoon when skypoker went down, causing me to lose all the games I was playing as some people didn't disconnect. (even though it was a sky poker issue and not at my end)

Spoke to live chat and they offered me £3 compensation, just wondering if this is standard as the losses due to disconnecting was much more than this?

Yeah same here Site went down around 5 to 2pm and didnt come back on till 2:40pm
I was grinding for the dym promo at the time as well as sighcall and had upwards of 30 dyms either registered or playing and have no clue how much it cost me as sharkscope didnt track the games at this point and unsure of an exact balance at the time

I will post the error message that kept popping up and what happened when trying to get back on the site below
