Having read a lot of negative posts recently about people getting nowhere when contacting customer help I thought I would post my experience.
I played a late reg hitman sat last night and won a seat into the semi and as I had a few tables on the go didn't notice until later that it hadn't started.
Turns out my sat finished 30 secs after the semi should have started but it had not started due to a lack of runners.
Of course being Scottish I immediately noticed that the £7.20 hadn't gone into my account.
I joined live chat this morning and after a very pleasant and brief exchange when I tried to explain what had happened the Lovely Chantelle credited my account and apologised for the mix up.
So no complaint from myself very pleasant and efficient.

I could get through on live chat, so tried on messenger and thet sorted
