Yes, it is somewhat basic. As I type this, I m sitting on the room "chair", the only chair in the room, which is a sort upturned box. Armrests, backrests, there are none. It's a box.
In the photo below (taken from google) it's the little lime green thing lower right.
To be fair to Sky, they did suggest I stay at The Hilton in town, but the IBIS is literally 100 yards from the casino, so after a 2am finish this morning, it's super convenient.
Sue and I are in an IBIS room in Birmingham for our rearranged Pet Shop Boys gig, so it will be at the next SPT we get to share a Latte. Good luck to all the players today and tomorrow.

SPIN UP TO LAS VEGAS
Excuse the brief write up, but I'm on a dodgy internet connection sitting on a cardboard box in a prison cell* in Glasgow.
* By "Prison Cell" I mean an "IBIS Budget Hotel Room".
Here's the June Spin Up to Las Vegas Promo link,
HERE
Runs for 4 separate weeks, & Week One starts on Monday 30th May.
Oh, and remember...
Have stayed there a couple of times and yes your reference is funny. It's quite clinical although rates can be £20 per person if done right

I'm SO jealous - you've got a CHAIR.
Pet Shop Boys in Birmingham? Quite surprised at that, thought you'd need to Go West to see them.
Not forgotten your PM, am just a little busy this weekend.
