You may note there is one player missing. He's shy.

Blinds are 20,000-40,000/40,000, & the average stack is around 1.4,000,000.

Ben Teague has around 3.5 million.

    Next man out gets £3,370.

    Blinds now 25,000-50,000/50,000

Jason Penrice jams his mini stack in with A-9 & runs smack into A-K suited. He hits his 9 but Mr A-K goes runner-runner flush.

Ben Teague & Hal Bohme tangle in a monster 3 million pot.

I missed the action, but the river was a bit odd & confused them both I suspect.

    Ben had J-4, Hal 10-10.

    The board ran out Q-4-2-Q........Q

So Hal takes the pot, & Ben is down to ~1,800,000

    Have fun all!

Really enjoyed my first live game since Covid started.

Great to catch up with @Tikay10 too.

    See you in Vegas

Roddy appears to be the table shortie with around 500,000. Sounds a lot but it's only 10 Bigs.

Roddy finally found a hand to get his 4 Bigs in with - A-Q suited - but it is not a hand that plays well against Aces.

    9th Zafar Mirza £1,385

    8th Danny Grogan £2,350

    7th Jason Penrice £3,370

    6th Roddy Macneil £4,480

Players are on a 10 minute break.

Upon resumption, blinds will be 30,000-60,000/60,000.

    Play has resumed.

Dean Hutchinson appears to be the chippie, with around 4 million chips. (There are only 10 million in play).

Looks like Gajan Kamal is now Mr Shortie.
  • Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 168,715

Gajan Kamal jams his last 725,000 (about 12 bigs) with 10-9 & the deep-stacked Dean Hutchinson accommodates him with A-K.

It looked like curtains for Gajan, but a 9 on the turn saves his skin & he doubles up to 1,500,000, which is 25 Bigs so he's back in the game.

    Huge pot.

Dean opens, Ben jams, Dean calls.

    Ben has 2-2, & Dean has A-K.

How about this for a runout.....

    2- J-10-7-Q

So we lose Ben in 5th place. He's some player, & a delight to watch. Not much fun playing against him though as I discovered earlier today.
