Saturday The Huddersfield Giants lose The Challenge Cup Final to a 77th minute try after really dominating the Wigan Warriors and 24 hours later Huddersfield Town lose the Championship play off final thanks to an own goal.

The whole town must be on a huge down right now.

I will never again complain about a villain hitting runner runner.

    I will :)

Shame for Huddersfield. Thought they were particularly unlucky in the Rugby, and I felt for McGillvary.

The football? Always seems a bit strange how many loan players are allowed. Forest had 4 in the starting 11, and 1 on the Bench.

How can a team properly compete in the Prem, when they have lost 4 of their starting 11 (for free) before a ball is kicked? Was the same this year-once Norwich lost Skipp when he went back to Spurs, it was never going to end well.

Yes feel sorry for Huddersfield they had two stonewall penalties turned down too. They dominated the game from start to finish and to lose to a flukey own goal is a very bitter 💊 to swallow. They also nearly had a shot on target.

As for Forest They have used the loan system very well. We will come back down but boy at last we made it.

I was at Wembley for the football. I have always previously wanted VAR but after yesterday when the first penalty went to VAR it wasn't given. TV and other comments from 'experts' just couldn't believe it. Ref on his last game before retiring mmm...

VAR isn't the problem, it's the people using it which is causing the issues. Far too many inconsistencies with it over the past couple of seasons.

Should definitely have had one penalty, the second shout was a bit more debatable. But ultimately, when you bring VAR in for big games and big moments, it needs to be getting them right.
