    And the question is, just by a cursory watch of that video, how many very obvious Health & Safety rules has he broken?

    He's SO going to get prosecuted.

    There's a program called 999 Critical condition it's filmed at the Royal Stoke it's real life gruesome and heart breaking
    A mate of mine fell through a skylight opening while working on a roof doing a foreigner there was no trad deck or cushion bags below he hit the deck ar$e first smashing his shoulder and his elbow was sticking out of his skin paramedics tuned up with film crew in tow
    He was telling me only yesterday he asked for permission by the tv company to show the footage on the show which he agreed to when i said you do realize if it's shown H+S will be on his case because of the safety issues and that he will be heavely fined because he shouldn't have been working up there without trad/bags , he quickly phoned them up and retracted his permission
