Sorry if this has already been covered, but a few questions and comments below. I realise there is probably bigger fish to fry for the tech team.
1. Uner Gaming History, the cut-off for the day and month is midnight. The results for the prior period don't include the balance in play at midnight though. So I'm now showing as losing money in June, but up £450 in July having played about 6 hours at 10nl - that would be some going! The number for July will be closer to £200. Can this be fixed please? Otherwise, the Gaming History isn't at all accurate for cash game players for anything less than 6-12 months of reporting.
2. Does the Gaming History include rakeback?
3. How does the Gaming History reflect deposits and cash outs?
4. How do I now view my poker points for the month please? I'd like to know towards the end of the month if I'm close to the additional monthly rakeback.
