Problem downloading poker client

Hi, i am having problems downloading the software on a new laptop. Have tried downloading through multiple browsers to no avail. I keep getting an error each time i try open the client after downloading (see screenshots). Have also had this problem on an older mac previously. anyone have a solution for this? Thanks

Ive never tried through windows 11, sorry.

Im on windows10, I have the download client successfully installed, I don't use it though.


I actually prefer to play through the browser as it happens, it works just fine.


There may be is a solution here..
