Once he has made the raise whether intentional or not in the sizing, then he is committed to calling for the rest of his chips, even more so if its a bounty hunter.
Also have to ask if you think with a raise of that size you might already have been beaten ? It screams A A or K K. Possibly worth letting it go for 120 chips.
Could well have been a typo bet size, but you'll see all sorts of ridiculous raise sizings at micro stakes so could well have been intentional.
Regardless, we ended up flipping so nothing to doubt yourself about. If you don't win your flips, you won't win tournaments. Just didn't go your way on this occasion.
