Bungling driver is caught on CCTV bumping into two parked cars outside garage... moments after mechanics fitted parking sensors to his vehicle https://video.dailymail.co.uk/preview/mol/2022/08/26/5893305490949192655/636x382_MP4_5893305490949192655.mp4Video captured on CCTV shows how a bungling motorist reversed and bumped into two parked vehicles in a car park - just after having parking sensors fitted. The footage revealed the driver's disastrous attempt at trying to drive out of the car repair shop in Colchester, Essex, on Wednesday. As he tried to leave, garage owner Ben Pace appeared in view moving a hoover out of the path of the blue Renault that is being slowly reversed. The driver continued to navigate the car backwards and stopped just inches from a parked orange vehicle. The man then attempted to drive forward and turn the wheel. The car then hit right into a blue BMW 335d Touring car belonging to Mr Pace's fiancee. Mr Pace, 43, is seen holding his head in his hands as he watched the collision from just inches away. While checking out the car for damage the driver reverses back in a panic and rams right into the orange vehicle that he had originally missed. Shocked that the driver has now managed to bump two parked cars, Mr Pace plants his hands on his head in disbelief before going to inspect the damage. Mr Pace posted the CCTV video on TikTok on Thursday where it has attracted over 540,000 views and hundreds of comments.
