New Laptop - Technical

Apologies if not posted in right place, but couldn't see an appropriate option on drop down list. New laptop. Windows 10. No problem accessing site via Chrome browser. Downloaded Harman Air and Sky Poker app to desktop. Sky Poker app doesn't respond when trying to open from desktop. Any suggestions appreciated?
