BRRR! Meet the dad saving money by refusing to turn on the heating.

So how long will he - and his shivering family - hold out?

As Britain's homeowners brace themselves for huge hikes to their energy bills, HARRY WALLOP (pictured staying warm with two of his children) has decided to take drastic action. He believes he will save between £75 and £80 for every week he delays turning on the heating. Turning on gas central heating for six hours - in a 'typical' house with 2.4 people - costs £6.76, so cutting down on heating is the most effective way you can save energy.

I've not switched mine on yet only switch the water on when needed fill me flask and use it for brews when home, it's ridiculous in this day and age in one of the richest countries in the world but what do you do when you're just getting by before all this shite started
