Hand history timing out??

 Hiya im trying to look back throughout the last month of my hand historys and when i search it just comes up error timed out?

 has anyone had this problem?

    Yes I haven't been able to access the hh feature for a while. I could get very recent ones but nothing back past a day it just times out as you said.

    i spoke on the live chat they just said delete recent history and restart comp but hasnt helped

    ha, I had actually come here to make a post on exactly the same thing, until I saw this.  It is very frustrating

    I sent it straight over to the technical teams and they are now investigating. I or another member of the team will update this thread when we have more information.
