Most Scottish Band ever?
I'm proud to be English. I wish more English people were.
But I have always been fascinated by all things Scotland. I have seen many Scottish bands down the years-Runrig, Big Country, The Rezillos, The Exploited and many more.
Some bands could be any nationality. But some could only be Scottish.
I used to think that The Proclaimers were the ultimate Scottish band. Here is an example:-

Alestorm are the ultimate festival opener. From dressing up as a pirate, to singing along to some truly disgusting lyrics (try "**** with an anchor"). Gloriously inappropriate. And fun. They are certainly not the greatest Scottish band. But they might be the most Scottish.
