As might be expected on Xmas Day, traffic was decidedly thin, & there were some hefty overlays for the value hunters to get stuck in to in the Main & £5k BH, though almost everything else did OK.

There was a sensational result in the Major, when @AnielJ took the win to complete a terrific 24 hours, having run 3rd in Saturday's Sharpshooter Main. Has been here 8 years & 6,000 MTT's without troubling the scorers in featured MTT's then featured twice in 24 hours including the Major. Amazingly, never entered last night's Major until around 22.33, very close to the end of Late Reg, & in fact was the last but one entry. Splendid stuff. In 3rd was @Ferret17 who was another surprise package. Mid-evening he had a monster chip lead, more than treble the player in 2nd. Not sure they've ever shown that level of form before.

A much more predictable outcome in the Mini, with @hazelwoo05 & @TONY509 dominating affairs.

The £5k BH went to @69winsalot who has some very decent form including a Major win last year. 2nd was @ffbuwliens who has been making FT's for fun this week, and was also 6th in MidEx.

@luckme002 has been mostly AWOL this month but put a full shift in last night & managed to take down MidEx.

The 19.18 PLO8 missed guarantee (albeit only by one entry), that's the first time it's missed that I can recall. @pocket who finished 7th & 4th in his previous 2 attempts got his deserved win, with the enigmatic @county in 2nd.

In the opening £1k BH @Richrash93 blitzed the field, taking 23 Bounties, while @MAXALLY took slightly fewer on his way to 3rd.

That's it for today, there's sport galore to watch & before it starts I'm off to the driving range to try & thrash a bucket of balls to all points of the compass.
