Seriously, it is about time the Woolwich Wanderers stepped out of our shadow.
Let's forget the olden days. When the FA Cup and the League Cup mattered to the big teams. They are only important if you haven't won any of the big ones in yonks. True for Spurs, true for Newcastle, true for Stoke.
There are 3 Trophies that matter to the big teams:-
1. The Champions League 2. The Premier League 3. The other European Trophies
Arsenal's record?
1. Never 2. Last won in 2004 3. Last won in 1994
You South London implants can keep banging on about us if you like. Our record is (even) worse than yours.
Or you can dream of finally winning that Champions League. Despite your multiple failures to seal the deal (this is your 8th Quarter Final since 2001) it is a particularly weak year. It might happen.

But don't bet on it
I along with most Arsenal fans I know don't think it's already done & dusted, we're just enjoying it while it lasts. Playing RM at home in front of a full stadium with the atmosphere generated is not gonna be an easy task despite the 3-0 lead.
In fact RM over coming the deficit wouldn't be that much of a surprise especially if there's an early goal. I can't see them performing as they did in the first leg and it's gonna be 100mph football from the start.
If we were to lose the tie I can't even begin to imagine the abuse we'd suffer for 'Bottling It'

I think the Premier League is considerably weaker than a year ago. Man City having a poor season, Liverpool getting easily beaten in Europe etc.
This Arsenal team isn't a patch on previous Arsenal sides. Who would get in the 2004 team? Would have to find a place for Saka, and seeing Saliba alongside Adams would have been something special. That's it.
Arsenal lack a quality Forward to lead the line, and cover for the injured Gabriel.
But several worse teams have won the Champions League. Chelsea in 2012 was a shadow of previous Chelsea teams
Champions League betting update before the second legs.
If you think RM will over come their 3-0 deficit, which in my opinion is certainly achievable, they are odds on to win the game so the 20/1 looks good odds. I will have a couple of quid on it just in case.
My outsiders to lift the trophy are Inter Milan (since I watched them beat Arsenal in the group stage). They out played us and we were lucky to escape with just a 1-0 loss.Their defence is great having only conceded 3 goal throughout the whole competition. The 7/1 odds on offer is also worth a little dabble.
