'Pettiest neighbours ever' have three year war over overhanging Fir Tree that is sliced right down the middle 'Pettiest neighbours ever' continue war three years after overhanging Fir Tree was sliced right down the middle
The ' pettiest neighbours ever ' are still at war three years after a row that saw one side of a Fir Tree chopped in half (pictured now on right), residents told MailOnline. Bharat Mistry (left inset with his wife) and his family were 'gutted' when his next door neighbours called in tree surgeons in summer 2021 to cut half the branches of the 16foot tall Fir Tree (left) that had stood on his Waterthorpe property for 25 years. The drastic action came after a year-long dispute between Mr Mistry and his neighbours Graham and Irene Lee (right, pictured in 2021), both in their 70s, in the leafy Sheffield suburb. But neighbours on their street last week said the two couples, who had previously been friendly with each other, have not patched things up in the three years since their falling out.
It's funny I skipped through the photo's and I knew who the villain was even before reading the article. I wonder if they offered the cut branches back to their neighbour? They should do otherwise, apparently, it's theft!
Just read the article, they cut half the tree down because of birds, well that should sort that out then, birds are notorious for only ever perching in a full tree, they wouldn't be seen dead in that monstrosity. Idiots.
Are the green railings, belonging the the house on the right, attached to the wall of the house on the left? Looks like they're on their front garden too. Get them removed..
