Getting back to sky poker

rosjim1rosjim1 Member Posts: 444
I’ve got to say I’ve been thinking about trying to get back into sky poker for a long time but I’m going to make a real effort to get back into it. Having not really played online full stop except for the occasional game here and there for what must be 8 years I really miss it. Problem I’m facing is I’ll be missing the main events etc I play live 6-7 nights a week and have been doing so for what seems like 5 years COVID passes taken into account of course this is just because live poker is such a comfortable environment. What I have missed is the sky poker tours I was sat in Vegas in June and was thinking back on how close I got to going to Vegas a few times with sky and thought I really missed out on a good crack with the sky poker lot. So hopefully I’ll get back into the swing of things and hit some spts in the near future.

Be great to see you again after all these years. Lots of the original gang are still around too.

Good point, though to be fair, you were never exactly svelte.

I remember having a conversation with you explaining how you had just changed your diet and you were eating apples at the poker table etc because a poke4 players diet isn’t the best well you were right.

And to this day I'm still eating "healthy", 2 apples & 2 bananas every day, and I'm now 4 stone less than my peak weight. I'd say I'm pretty healthy for a 55 year old.

@Tikay10 any chance of a midlands venue this year? Huge poker community and good transport links for everyone!
