This might be interesting as Eddie Howe & his sparring partner Jason Tindall return to their old stomping grounds.
Newcastle are 4th, Bournemouth 19th. Bournemouth's last 5 games have been L L L D L but Newcastle have gone off the boil, D D W D D.
Bournemouth, it seems to me, are performing as expected, but there's a growing belief that Newcastle are - or were - over performing, & the bubble will burst soon.
Curiously, near neighbours Bournemouth & Southampton are 19th & 20th in the Prem, & are vying to be the worst south coast Senior club, though they have a long way - a very long way - to fall before they are as bad as Portsmouth.
