Software doesn't load

Hi

I've been playing in the browser but wan't to try the software to see if the tables popup.

Unfortunately I can't get passed the loading screen; this comes up

but then it disappears and nothing.

I can see
or

in taskmanager but no lobby or anything every appears...

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc. Any ideas please?

I did try and post in the "help" forum but it didn't allow me.

The graphics, however, look awful compared to the browser for some reason. Not sharp at all...

Oh well!
