As to Melania, yes, but judging by how Trump handled the other cases, she should insist the cash is paid immediately. Trump's legal team admitted that they prevaricated with the various hush money payments with the plan that once he won the election, he would just renege on the agreements & refuse to pay, as he's got what he wanted - the Presidency.
So he won the Presidency unfairly, as he was dishing out hush money left right & centre so as it did not affect the voting when folks found out about his murky past. This is the same man who claimed the 2020 election was stolen from him. Incred irony.

Donald Trump isn't the first Trump to get arrested. His father, Fred, was arrested twice, reports say — once at a Ku Klux Klan riot, and another time over building code violations.
