Won a satellite but can't find a ticket

Sky operates a bit different to other sites. If you win a satellite, you are put straight into the tournament it was a satellite for. However, please note that, if you deregister from the tournament, this will cause you to lose the entry-although Customer Care should be able to resolve that.

Well it just logging out every 10 - 15 min although tables are running, but note system isn't if i get logged out. Also if new table pops out then in that same table will show up loggin details.
I can make screenshots if needed.
