Whats the best piece of poker advice you've ever been given?

I've only been playing poker for a month and 2 days now and the best piece of advice i've been given is to stop playing so many hands!!! So i was wondering what the best advice everyone else has been given. Hopefully they can make me a better player too!!

Always take a jacket with you when playing live as it can be winter and the aircon is blowing cold or summer and the air con blowing hot.
 I play a lot live at Grosvenor Walsall.

1. GET YOUR MONEY IN FIRST.. (put the decision on your opponant)
2. NEVER EVER PLAY RAGGY ACES

if eating at the table ...always use cutlery , the poker chips are filthy ...and i see plenty of men not washing there hands after a toilet visit !
On the cards ..learn position, dont be a regular limper....try run good ! GL
