Not sure whether to laugh or cry about this news item, but (apologies to those injured) I could not help lolling at some of it.
Police hunt for tomato-throwing attacker
Police are investigating a series of attacks in which fruit was hurled at pedestrians - leaving one person seriously injured by a tomato aimed at their head.
Another was struck in the arm with a tomato while walking along Firle Road in Eastbourne the following evening

Seriously, if they are being thrown from a moving car, that is going to add to the speed. Presume someone was hit in the eye.
I mean they had to cancel CSI Eastbourne after just 1 series. 200 deaths, all natural causes.
At the moment I have Charlie, the gardener, digging in the vegetable patch and hope that shortly we will be armed with leeks, potatoes, turnips and carrots, BRING IT ON!
