Who won what, Monday 1st May. vikpro77 takes the Main, & there's £750 from the FTJ for Arrogant

Morning.

The Bank Holiday ensured numbers were better than a regular Monday, though this was offset somewhat by the Snooker final & a good football match.

@vikpro77 took the Main, following a decent week in which he won a MidEx & a Sunday Major seat in the Freeroll. Looks like a best ever MTT result, though is primarily a cash game player. @BEANIE was 2nd, & also nicked £20 in the Rewards Freeroll, with @Arrogant 4th.

The Mini went to @Arrogant, & as he was 4th in the Main, he picked up a useful £750 from the FTJ. Was 3rd in Turbo too, so a decent sesh.

@235467 had a reasonable April, picking up wins in Mega, Sheriff & £1k Rebuy, & won Mega again last night to start May well. Was 5th in Turbo too.

In the opening £1k BH, time-served @lundie took the top spot. Been here 12 years & played over 58,000 games, some 40% of which were MTT's.

While many of us were still in bed, @wagoga played two small early morning MTT's without troubling the judge, logged off & then returned to single table his way to 1st place in 7 @ 7. Fifteen head prizes in a 143 runner field was decent. Was 8th in 7 @ 7 the previous day too.

@Pogue909 won the Rebuy BH for the 2nd time, he's taken Reload several times too. @NOSTRI is getting seconditis, 2nd here to add to recent runner-up berths in 9 @ 9 & MidEx. These are solid scores for him though as his sweet spot is in stakes up to £2 where it's fair to say he's competent, or nearly so.

Another good day for @Fabraclass who won 9 @ 9, 2nd in 7 @ 7 & 5th in Quickdraw. It was his 2nd 9 @ 9 victory, and follows an excellent April in which he had his best ever result when winning a Main, as well as wins in Quickdraw (twice), 9 @ 9 & 7 @ 7. Is becoming quite prolific.

@Super_Oli, still basking in the glory of the Vegas package he won on Sunday, took Turbo, with @cabbaz taking Quickdraw.

@roise was playing for the first & only time since mid-April, & binked MidEx. Only previous thread namechecks were all in MidEx, which he's finalled thrice without winning.

Memories of the 2010 WSOP were evoked after @kidgrimsby won a Semi seat in the SPT Vegas Quarter Final last night, as it was his wife, @kidgirlgy who won a package to Vegas 13 years ago & went on to finish 332nd in the WSOP Main for $34,663. That's still the biggest cash any Sky Poker player has earned from a Vegas package. The other two winners last night were @tai-gar who looks like he has having a real dash at a Vegas trip this year, & @GrymR.

Thanks for the shout-out Tony, it would be great to have a crack at Viva Sky Vegas, and 2010 memories still burn bright; and my feet have just recovered from all the walking and 12 hr railing for almost 5 days. I can only echo everyone who’s been with Sky, and say it was the best event and holiday anyone could have; with a big hats off to you and the Sky team for the great enthusiasm you put into getting it right.
