Why won't Sky contact me to fix my problems.

I have complained severe times on different threads about being constantly logged off. I can't view hand histories on some tables when it starts happening.
It still happens on different browsers.

I reverted to using the app but then realised how much of a buggy, sluggish, unresponsive mess it is.
The only positive is it does log me off.

Why haven't I been contacted by customer service for solutions?


AND WHY WAS I CHAT BANNED?!

I have being asking for 2 plus years now but no answer to why.

    You will need to contact Customer Care through the normal channels to enquire about these matters.

    As a general rule, Chat Rights are only removed in extreme circumstances.

    probably because a lot of people get logged out all the time and they have no clue how to resolve , and also get to table have no hand is very common.
