    No, & no.


    As a condition of receiving their prize, winners must use the prize monies awarded for the purposes of arranging travel to Las Vegas and participating in all designated activities and events, and not sell or transfer their Sky Poker Tour Las Vegas package to any third party.

    I won a championship in a casino in Edinburgh in 2006 and part of the prize was a trip to L.V. I had lived in USA in 2004 when i worked on ships and i didn't fancy going back there, so Gentings kindly gave me the cash instead and i went to the Canaries for a month, and then some European cities. I can lose my money in the UK and don't need to go to Vegas to do it :wink:
