My Account needs fixing does anybody know when a better version is coming please

The my account section is terrible.

You are unable to see games played or any bonus winnings amounts or what they are for.

I have 2 bonus in my account but no value shows. Ithink 1 is for points but the other i have no idea what it is

I know this has been raised before but when is something better going to come as it has been over a year since last thread.

Anything where you can see the games you played and what goes into your account would be good, maybe run the old style with the new.

I honestly have no idea, but I will pass the question upstairs, maybe someone there will. The last I heard there were no plans to address it in the near term.

I did enjoy your tag list. I think Sky Rich left the Business around 10 years ago, Sky Claire also about 10 years, & Sky Dave probably about 12 years ago.

I agree it would be helpful to see your results at different games and stakes. If nothing else, a summary table would be helpful. E.g.

Balance 1st of the period selected
+- Deposits or withdrawals
+- Table winnings
+ Rakeback and bonuses
= Balance at end of period selected

I'm doing this myself at the moment with Excel and can reconcile my opening and closing balances. Albeit my calendar month results differ to Sky as reported due to money in play at Midnight on the final day of the month being excluded e.g. if you are up £500 for the month but have £1,000 in play, your statement will show you as losing £500.

Tbf to Sky, the last time I played on Stars regularly, they didn't have these items available easily. With that said, i think there was a report you could export for your taxes if you lived outside of the UK. Poker Tracker is also allowed and could therefore track your results. Sharkscope works for both Sky and Stars if you want basic results for mtts and sngs. More advanced results are available for a small sub.
