Live Chat no more?

I seem to be struggling to find live chat on the home page. I wish to remove a now redundant card from my account but it will not let me when i go to manage payment methods.

Any help much appreciated.

    I think you have to add a new card when depositing then your old card will disappear
    I've just checked my manage payment methods and no old cards appear
