Winning bet settled as lost on Skybet

Hi hopefully someone can help,
I did a request-a-bet on the F1
(Alonso, Hamilton, Leclerc, Sainz & Perez Top 10 Finish @ 2.00)

Which won but it's been settled as lost.
I'm not sure what to do or who to contact?

    Can't see why it's been settled as a loss unless there're some on going investigations.

    I alerted them on live chat, so hopefully it'll get sorted.

    UPDATE
    It turns out I WAS simply being stupid.
    I accidentally picked a request a bet for qualifying not the main race.

    Perhaps he who cannot be named could proffer some insight as to the veracity of Sky Bet followed by several pages of total balderdash and beetle dung.

    There was an offer to get a £5 free bet when you did a request a bet,
    so when the first category was called qualifying request a bets-
    I completely misinterpreted the meaning.
    It took me an embarrassingly long time to realise my error.
    Lesson learned.
