    I will have you know that I am a mere shadow of my former self.
    I expect to be wearing "medium" clothes very soon.
    I started on the shakes in the middle of May.
    My portlyness has been reduced by just over a stone so far.

    @HAYSIE

    Happy to withdraw the suggestion of portly, sounds like you are merely plump now.
    I will accept plump for a minute.

    Thanks Tikay. Nice write up as usual. Sadly last night's score was just a few quid short of the 2nd in the Major last year, which as it happens was where i lost HU to the infamous @HAYSIE :)

    @Swog

    2nd to @HAYSIE? Bit embarrassing, that.

    A bit spooky though considering that @HAYSIE featured heavily in today's write up.
    Probably wont happen again.

    Can you switch his Luck Box off now please. He really doesn't need it.
    My exit was caused by my pocket Queens losing to pocket 9s.

    Finally, @GELDY took MidEx, which confirms his game remains in good nick even though we don't see or hear much from him these days. Fingers crossed he & his famous red jumper may make an appearance at SPT Manchester in September.

    Cheers Teeks or should I say @Tikay10
    Wouldn't that be great. Unfortunately there's more chance I'll be in Chongqing than in Manchester, assuming there's anything left once the torrential rain abates.

    Chongqing is the only place I've been to in the world where I struggled to breathe. How do you handle it?
