What is a Satellite Cashout MTT?

Hi guys.

Does anyone know what a Satellite Cashout Tournament is?

Is it, like it says, an MTT where you can cash out when/if you want to, and get ChipEV credit towards the target tournament?

Not sure what the "cashout" part means in this context?

    The only ones I’ve heard of is there’s a target chip threshold you need to pass to get the seat, so say it’s a 1 in 10 starting with 10k chips. As soon as you make 100k you get up and go. 100k is taken off the table and I believe any remainder is divided out between the players at the table.
