Had it for nearly a fortnight now, was stuck in a hotel room in Leeds for 5 days with it, tested ma self this morning all clear but still feel like shyte.

I've had the jab 3 times and ah do think it helps but this time a felt really bad , ma wife said ah got up during the night when we were in Leeds and told her ah was going to steal a car and drive up the road.
She said ah was all over the place, hallucinating and burning up, ah cannae remember a thing, .

We have to be very careful not to drop our guard, this dreadful thing has not & will not go away, so it's very important to keep up to date with vaccinations.

I found the symptoms really mild, having been vaxed up to the eyeballs.
I would have been very much at risk, after 50 odd years of heavy smoking.

I got through the whole mad 18 months without a trace of it. Had the vaccine, had the boosters and then about this time last year BAM it hit with a vengeance. Took me until January to shake off the worst of it which for me was just an everlasting fatigue, seriously climbing upstairs required a sit down at the top.

Got my flu vaccine booked for Sept 16th I might enquire as to whether they're rolling out any more boosters.

I have had covid twice and the jab three times. it wipes you out so that you have basically no energy for anything. I think now would be just about the second worst time for me to get it so I think this will likely be when I get it soon.
