Good afternoon.
Been mostly offline since 7am as I had to go up to Sky HQ in Leeds & it's nearly 6pm now, so just a brief review, although all the results are shown as usual.
Lovely & busy last night, with the Major coming in at a perky £13,900 & the £5k BH topping £6,000.
Winner of that chunky Major was @ra1d and he's not on Sharky, so it's hard to tell what history he has. As far as I can see, he's won a Gold Rush Main & a bunch of Turbos & Quickdraws, but nothing this big before. There was a monster result for 2nd placed @aj880 who had a previous best score of £900 in a Stack Builder Freeroll, & he smashed that out of the park last night by pocketing £2,252. @Deek10 (5th) did exceptionally well too, his 3rd best result ever, the other 2 both being 9 years ago in 2014 when he won an £8k BH & was 6th in a Super Roller.
@MightyMole took the Mini. His claim to fame was back in 2018 when he won a Vegas package for £1.90 - he played a single Micro Sat at £1.90, won that, then won the Quarter, Semi & Final.
In the £5k Bh, @AldosSnow , who celebrates a decade with Sky Poker this year, had his best ever result when collecting £1,230. His previous best was £800 for winning Avenger Mini early last year.
@MARK277 had a nice 1-2, winning the £1k BH & running 2nd in 7 @ 7 half an hour later.
Mega went the way of @gogogadget, following on closely from 6th in Saturday's Mini. Seems to be on the upgrade, & in the last 9 months or so has won a Gold Rush Main, Mini Avenger, 2 Megas & two Reloads.
I'm afraid that'll have to do for today.
