Ha, great hand and nice deduction by Ed. It takes a lot of restraint not to rip it in when only 88 really makes any sense. There's also the element of wanting a crying call from Jimmy on the river from what looks like an overpaid.

It's easy to say when you can see the hole cards, but there are a lot of physical tells on show here. Gary is literally rubbing his hands as people do when they think about coming into money. Ed also (presumably) wouldn't look that anguished and then call without a monster.
