I was in a Craft Union put a couple of months ago in Stockport and they were charging a 20p on a pint more at the weekend.

10% on bill if you book a table.....charge to hang your coat up or use the Toilets.

I was under the impression that pubs made more profit when they were busy, and lost money when they were very quiet.
