...is that the Semi Final has 2 seats guaranteed to SPT Manchester - NOT that the Micro has 2 seats guaranteed to the Semi.
The splurge for the Micro actually states;
1 SEAT GUARANTEED (1 in 10) into the SPT Manchester Semi at 9.45pm tonight.
Does that, sort of, make sense?
Thanks for the quick reply. I can see that now. It is a bit unfortunate how it reads...I read it as two seats INTO the semi, and played accordingly. Hence when we got heads-up I was a massive underdog and of course, lost.
I would have played differently had it been more clear.

@Capt_Pedro
I don't believe that's correct Captain.
As far as I'm aware it awards ONE seat into the Semi Final, & if I'm looking at the right one, this was the result;
1 @__Assassin £55 (ticket)
2 @Capt_Pedro -
3 @OnionT -
4 @Ll77776 -
5 @Jojo -
6 @IVIystical -
7 @TheSaw -
8 @gez_bear -
Ahh, now I understand the reason for the query.
What this means.....
Entry to SPT Manchester Semi - 2 Seats GTD

Thanks again for clarifying.
@Capt_Pedro
No problem.
I hear what you say, but if you look at the left hand side of that Image you posted it does say;
1 SEAT GUARANTEED (1 in 10) into the SPT Manchester Semi at 9.45pm tonight
When I was a little boy, aged about 12 & not exactly the sharpest knife in the draw I had to go for a Medical.
I arrived at the hossie or clinic, whatever it was, & the nurse said to me "go into that cubicle & strip to the waist".
So I went into the cubicle, closed the curtains & stripped to the waist, exactly as requested/instructed.
Nursey then comes into the cubicle & wants to know why I'm wearing my school shirt but I'm naked from the waist down.
"But you said strip to the waist."
(Genuinely true story).
Misunderstandings are so easy to make, but look so obvious in the rear-view mirror.
PS - Look forward to seeing you in Manchester next week, fingers crossed.
