Would this be considered taking inappropriate advantage of a 16 year old?

So at work today I noticed one of the waitresses who I believe to be like 16/17 looking delighted with themselves because they had won a tiger from the claw machine. There has been a Winni trapped in the claw machine crying out for help for weeks now.

I mentioned to her that me and my girlfriend collect Winnis and that I had a load of eyores piglers and tigers. they cam with the Ukrainian winnis I mentioned of she wins the Winni I could trade some eyores and piglets or what not for the Winni she seemed happy with this.

But part of me fears I would be taking advantage of a young girl if I traded with her because I am much older. my girlfriend said I am been ridiculous and its just my anxiety and its fine to trade I said I would rather she did the trading she said I am been ridiculous. its fine.

I think two for one is fair as the winni is bigger this seems fair because the individual price these goes for 2 little ones would be more expensive then one big one but my girlfriend thinks it should be 3 for one. now if you measure the total volume of the material it the bigger winni trapped in the claw machine would take about 2 and a half the amount of material to make maybe 3 is the fairer trade the eyores piglets and tigers are all fine to trade because they not winnis and have not been a personality. except fireman tiger who my girlfriend would probably want to trade, but he stays because whenever the fire alarm goes off due to cooking in kitchen I gran him. and my girlfriend has to jump for the alarm but I can reach.

anyway am i been silly is trading fine?

    Seriously

yeah that was my girlfriends response maybe I do get over neurotic at times. I do have an anxiety disorder and overthink a lot of things.

When I was much younger a young teenager I went to a pokermon trading card event and there was this old dude there trading cards with the kids which no one seemed to have a problem with. so they can trade for themselves although would it even be valid anyway? I mean the trading of items for other items would be considered a contract am I right or wrong there? So like is there not a rule that you need to be over 18 for that contract and thus the contract would be invalid and she could sue me for custody of the traded winni?

This isn't legal advice-simply because I am retired and no longer have a Practising Certificate. But on the assumption stuff hasn't changed:-

    1. Yes-it is a contract
    2. Minors sometimes have capacity to contract-for what are known as "necessaries". Please note this is not the same as "necessities". As a rough guide, a kid who regularly trades is probably bound, and someone who has never done anything like this, probably not
    3. Most people don't have a clue about the above, so rarely problems
    4. Worst case scenario would be contract could be reversed. Unlikely
    5. Could always suggest the Minor seeks advice from an adult if he wishes, but I may be overthinking here
    6. Yes, you do seem to overthink things. Lots of people do. You can't help it-it's part of what you are. Nothing wrong with that

    Hope that helps

Is Winnie Endangered Species The illegal wildlife trade is the fourth biggest illegal activity worldwide, behind only arms, drugs and human trafficking, and is often run by the same criminal syndicates. It's worth around $23 billion a year, and leaves a trail of destruction which is wiping out species and destroying people's

yeah I think its silly to worry about contract stuff from the law I did study on my accounting and finance module a contract only requires consideration on both sides not equal consideration.

So if I was stupid enough to offer my computer for £1 and someone accepted that offer this would constitute a contract because consideration on both sides. Contrary to popular belief a contract does not need to be in writing and or signed it only requires an offer and acceptance with consideration on both sides.

The reason I assume most people believe that a contract requires writing and signatures is that this is what would normally be provable in court if I make a verbal agreement it would be hard to proof it thus it may not stand up in court because lack of evidence of the contract. However if my opponent acknowledged in court that we had verbally agreed to this but said it was not in writing the court would find in my favour.

That may all be nonsense but thats as I understand and remember from the law module on my accounting degree.

there would as I understand not be anything illegal about trading with someone under the age of 18 just it may not be considered a valid trade. it could be considered immoral but that would be down to peoples personal judgement, I personally think if the trade is fair and they are happy with the trade and not coerced nothing wrong with this but the Winni was still trapped in the claw machine last time I checked.

Winnis are not an endangered species despite the lies they may tell along these lines to pressure people into rescuing them from shops and claw machines.

In 2023, I would steer clear of this.

After being baffled by this for 15 minutes i finally found this about a lemur in USA ..........

On June 24, 2020, the DLC welcomed its eighth infant of the season: a rare baby aye-aye.

Named “Winifred” after Bette Midler’s character Winifred Sanderson in Hocus Pocus, the infant was born to first-time mom Fady, a five-year-old female on loan from the San Diego Zoo.

Fady arrived at the Lemur Center in September 2019 to join our conservation breeding program, as organized through the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ (AZA) Species Survival Plan. Aye-ayes are endangered in Madagascar, and there are fewer than 30 individuals within human care in the United States. Of those, 10 live at the Duke Lemur Center, where they help maintain a genetic safety net for aye-ayes in the wild.

As Fady’s first offspring, Winnie’s birth was especially exciting. Her grandsire, Nirina, had been imported from overseas and was unrelated to any other aye-ayes living in North America. Through him, Fady and Winnie introduced a brand-new genetic line into the DLC’s aye-aye population. That infusion of fresh genetic material is essential for the success of any conservation breeding program, as the more genetically diverse a population is, the more resilient and healthy it tends to be.

No Winnis will be traded on my side just eyores piglets and tigers are subject to the trades.

Now they are different species to the Winnis so yeah Winnis should not be getting it on with them that would be Beastality.

The Winnis do get it on and have many times before lets not forget Little Winni Winni JR and the Winni trapped in the claw machine are all children of mrs Winni and Big Winni how do you think this happened?

Just noticed the rope in Winnis hands and I know what happened next.

He lashed Tigger to a tree in Hundred Acre Wood and proceeded to have his way with him, finished and skipped away for hunny leaving poor old Tigger traumatised.

About an hour later Eyore came clomping by and Tigger called out to him for help and explained what's happened.

Eyore approached Tigger smiled and said with a gleam in his eye "Oh Tigger it's rally not your day is it"

Next week Bambi goes crazy a55 bonkers with his drill and sex.
