Howdy,
Tried playing my usual session earlier today but SP wasnt playing ball - tables were crashing everywhere & not connecting. Some were, most weren't.
Attached is me trying to play 9 tables, but 4 wouldn't connect at all, those that did still werent working well. I ended up losing quite a few buyins as a consequence, all were sit n go's.
Am currently on 'live chat' but 'Amar A' isnt replying there at all (not sure if its working/if skypoker still offer this feature?).
How can I escalate this please? Is support@skypoker.com the right place, or will a support agent see this here?

@MagicMern
Hi.
I've loaded a selection of half a dozen different tables & they all seem to be working normally for me, & at present I'm not aware of anyone else reporting issues. That's not to say they &/or you are not, of course, am just suggesting it does not appear to be widespread as far as I can see.
"will a support agent see this here?"
No, they don't monitor the Forum.
Probably best to try Live Chat.
Use this link....
https://support.skybet.com/s/article/Contact-Us-Live-Chat-Email-Address-and-Phone-Number?error=login_required&error_description=Prompt value requires login&state=mszbrkwYv1i96Ug1Y4pIU8soPN#https://support.skybet.com/s/article/Contact-Us-Live-Chat-Email-Address-and-Phone-Number
...and fill in the basic details, then click the CONTINUE button. That takes you to another page & at the bottom select "Live Chat".
Hope that assists & you get sorted.
Edit - turns out Paula's problems are because her laptop is randomly disconnecting from the wifi nothing to do with Sky poker
Update from Sky Poker - despite sending a thorough email of the situation, and providing screenshots that prove that there was a genuine problem, this was Sky Poker's 'support' reply.
Way to look after your customers Sky!
Amazing customer service.
Is there anyway of escalating this further, or do I just accept this is how Sky treat their long term customers?
Obviously I cannot give them the exact table numbers because I couldnt connect to them (tried zooming in on screenshot but table numbers not there as not connecting).
Will other online pro's such as @TimmyRaRa and @johnmonty also be advised to reduce their number of tables? I think not.
@Tikay10 @Sky_SamT @Sky_Poker
Obviously, that is not the solution-or likely to be any sort of answer.
However, it is important to recognise that Support have to deal with the whole of Sky Bet. Poker represents about 0.1% of Sky Bet, and in all probability a similarly low percentage of their queries. It would also likely not be realistic (or even commercially viable) to have dedicated specialist poker customer service. They are trying their best.
These sorts of issues are undoubtedly annoying. In the past, they have tended to be due to a 3rd party "update" which has not dovetailed correctly with Sky.
I'm certainly not the best person to help with this. But others on this forum may be able to help.
PS. I find that, if games are not loading, clicking on tournaments then back to Sit and Gos tends to help
I have no real means of escalating it further I'm afraid, but I will send the thread up to the Office.
The awkward thing here is that the sort of problems which you had affect everyone differently, in some cases not at all, so there's no easy answer Support can give. You mention Timmy & John, as far as I'm aware they are not suffering these issues. It's also often the case - often, not always - that it's not at Sky's end, otherwise it would affect everyone equally, which it clearly does not.
It was interesting to see the only other complainant was @goldnballz who mentioned that he has no probloem but @fredsgirl has had the problems since her Windows Update. They live in the same property & presumably use the same wifi connection, which just emphasises how awkward these things are to diagnose, & how difficult it is to accurately assign blame.
Anyway, fingers crossed your problem clears soon, wherever responsibility sits.
Why would I stay if this is how Skypoker treat some of their most loyal and high raking players?
I used to be an affiliate to Skybet too, but if this is the level of service I am to receive for a very genuine complaint (I have rarely written in to the support in the 10 years of playing here) I think it's best to play elsewhere and advise other players to do the same. I am truly amazed that this is the level of 'support' from customer service.
@Rafa888 actually said I should contact Johnmonty as he HAS had a problem before - I am sure in his case his was resolved in the correct manner as he's more full time than me here.
don't forget to drop in from time to time
Type in the search bar, at the bottom- next to the start button- windows update, then click on settings, turn off automatic updates
