i won a seat in a satellite but didn't get paid? (overlay)

I won a seat in predator direct satellite that was an overlay but haven't got the ticket. The tournament started already and llive chat is off. Has someone had this happen before? Is it because overlay? didn't even get money back

    I can see you are in Predator, registered at 20.24, & playing normally. Did you eventually get the ticket?

    I entered just as they both went all in and it took £7.20 off me but came up game had finished. Didn’t get money back at time so don’t no if it went on since like. Table fished 19.24, Was 19.20 sat
