Afternoon.
Last night saw the halfway stage reached with 32 of the 64 events now in the bag.
Guarantees last night were £31,000, & Prize Pools came in at £42,460, compared with £36,780 on the same night last year, so a 15% y-o-y uplift against an identical schedule.

After by his standards a slow start to UKOPS @StayOrGo came good last night & took the opener, having run 6th in UKOPS 25 the previous night. The bad news for Graham is that at time of writing, Sharkscope are not showing last night's UKOPS 27 as far as I can see which is somewhat odd. In the UKOPS Leaderboard, I sense some family rivalry, with son Gary (@Limp2lose) sitting near the top, so Graham will be keen to put that right.
2nd was @GFKIJKLL who is another who has had a thin UKOPS so far, though he did miss nights 1 & 2.
3rd was @PICKLE33 who won the Rebuy BH earlier this month, & took the 9 @ 9 a few months back.

Well I'm sorry to say I'm going to be Billy Letdown with the winner of this, @Wombey as I have zero data on him except that he's been here 14 years & for the most part has been super low volume. I've got MTT results data going back about a decade & I can't find a single mention.
I can do a little better with @Dozza who was 2nd. Six weeks ago he had his biggest cash in 15 years here when 5th in a Major, but last night's reward for 2nd was three times as much. 85% of his play is in DYM's and yet this was his third FT of the series - 4th in 13, 4th in 23 & 2nd in 28. Not too many can beat that.
Hats off to @tartu in 3rd place, as it was the 2nd straight night he made the FT of the Main. He has some decent history here to be fair, I recall him winning a Major a few years ago.

Anyone who wants to win the UKOPS Leaderboard better keep their eye on @destinycod who recorded his 2nd win of the Series, & in doing so demonstrated his all round ability, as one was in a High Roller, the other in a Mini, he's also run 2nd in a Mini. He's now sitting 2nd in the Leaderboard right on the shoulder of the leader. He's such a pain to play against, the game seems to come naturally to him.
A quite remarkable result for @BHarrisonx in 2nd. His entire history here is 7 games - 6 DYM's & one MTT - so last night's Mini was his first ever MTT here, & it was also the first time he's been on site since 3rd January 2021. Extraordinary. As Alan Clark might have said, ACHAB, or in this case, ACHAP.
@PAPABURG who won UKOPS 18 two nights earlier was 4th.

One could argue this was a surprise result as @Panda8 wins this, it's almost 4 times bigger than his previous PB. And he had to beat @GSmith13 heads up, & he currently sits atop the leaderboard & is a right handful.
Talking of @GSmith13 he now heads the Leaderboard, having made 4 FT's, finishing 2nd, 2nd, 3rd & 4th, so he's got there without a win. (So far...). He sits just 1 point above @destinycod in the leaderboard, so those two may end up battling all the way to the line.
@Hod4k997 completed an unusual hat-trick, this was his third FT of the Series & he finished 3rd in all three.
5th was @tonyp142 which was his 2nd FT of the series, as he was 2nd in event 13.

@BillyPckle who was 4th in the Day 1 closer took 1st place here. Has some solid results in 2023 including two Mains, & 3rd in a Major.
2nd was @luckme002, & but for him, @destinycod would have won 3 events so far as he beat Mr Cod HU in Sunday's Mini.
3rd was @T_Bundy, that was his third FT, finishing 6th, 2nd & 3rd.
@PKRPar was 5th, which gives me the opening to mention that he won Sunday's Non-UKOPS £6k BH. I normally cover that but not during UKOPS, so I missed a rare big win by Mr Dour.

Well now, there's still life in the old dog as @NChanning takes the closer. He only played 3 of last night's UKOPS - 9pm, 10pm & 11pm - which you'd think are way past his bedtime. Guess he's long on stamina. When he attends an SPT he generally books a hotel at least 5 miles from the venue & then seems to enjoy walking there & back. Weirdo.
In some ways one of the evening's toughest FT's, the highly rated @Hoff92 in 2nd and @ChipDiddy0 @grinddd & @cabbaz in 4th, 5th & 6th.
Big shoutout to @JumboJim33 in 3rd, he's a serial MidEx final tabler, but this was his biggest ever cash.

That's it for today.
The view counts for these UKOPS reviews were very good for Day 1, 2 & 3 but for some reason they were much lower yesterday. Fingers crossed they pick up today.
